The staff was very efficient and always helpful, the rooms were clean and comfortable and very nicely furnished.

Excellent location and a clean nice room on higher floors.

Use of Internet was terribly expensive: 10 $ per 15 minutes. The breakfast table was not on the level of a 4 star hotel: for example only one type of cheese and meat available

Free internet. Fast checkout. I was in a hurry and the check-out Ms. Pei was extremely efficient and pleasant enough.

Yes. At check-in I had the bad luck to deal with a surly, incompetent staff. She claimed that my credit card was "declined", when in fact it was not. She became rude when I asked for a king size bed instead of the room with 2 beds she offered. I did not have time to argue or complain.

The Hotel is in a great location right beside Grand Central Station.Rooms v comfortable and clean. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

This was my honeymoon trip and the staff/room with views were just fantastic, we had a great time, the staff were very helpful. hotel was great. My Father has stayed several times over the years on his travels in New York and prefers this Hotel.
