Set in the enchanting surroundings of nearby Via Veneto, in the heart of Rome, the brand-new Romanico Palace boasts an imperial style and is close to historical sites, shopping areas, foreign Embassies and main Italian Ministries.

Venture out of the hotel and enjoy strolling to the Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, Galleria Borghese Park, and all the main sights of the city, most of which are within walking distance. For other city destinations, the Romanico offers excellent transport links from the nearby Termini Railway Station and Barberini metro station (Line A).

The warm, welcoming, glittering atmosphere of the lobby, enriched by polished and golden furniture, is matched by the style of the Standard, Deluxe and Junior Suite rooms.

The reception desk offers a wide range of services: from booking guided coach tours in Rome, the region and some of the most important city nearby (Florence, Naples, Capri, Assisi) to mini-cruise on the river Tevere. It is also possible to arrange baby sitting, to book tickets for theatre shows, concerts, sport events, art exhibitions, or to arrange a romantic evening in the best restaurants in town.

Food & beverage

Start your day at the Romanico with a rich buffet breakfast served on the Roof Garden Fulvius, which boasts breathtaking views over the city. During the day, you can enjoy a drink at the Carpe Diem Bar (open according to the season) on the roof-top terrace.

On the ground floor, you will find the Poeticus American Bar, open every day between 11:00 and 01:00, offering a fine selection of Italian wines, fantastic cocktails, famous long drinks and coffee specialities. Its luxurious style, the hand-painted ceilings and the large windows create a relaxed atmosphere in which you can discuss business, have a coffee break, enjoy a poetry book or simply relax listening to the music after a long day in the city.

Room information

Classic Rooms, Deluxe Rooms and Junior Suites are furnished in traditional Florentine style and provided with all modern comforts, en suite private bathrooms furnished with fine marble and complimentary toiletries.

The suites, located on the top floor, offer additional features: a hydro-massage shower or bath and a panoramic view from the private balcony.

The breakfast selection was very good

No complimentary coffee/tea in room, and no complimentary transport to and from the airport which we thought was expensive.

Loved the spa bath, just what I needed to ease aches + pains after all the walking, good breakfast on the roof terrace

No tea/coffee making facilities in the room, also they could only offer a sandwich when ordering room service, and we stood at the bar for at least 15 mins and there was no staff to serve us, so we went elsewhere in the end

Did not know that construction was going on during the time of the stay no discount and worst of the 3 i stayed in while in italy. way to much and far from the city.

The room was nice delux with jacuzzi

I booked a room with breakfast and when we got there you had to pay for toast and orange juice 4 euro for orange juice and 3.50 for toast a complete rip off as toast and orange juice are the most comon breakfast meal 220 euro a night for the room you should have that free I had the romantic pakage flowers in the room with wine we had wine with no bottle opener & flowers arrived later with no vase

We spent at the hotel the last three days of our Italian vacation. Everything was just perfect. The hotel is right in the downtown, pretty close to the Spanish steps and Termini station. One can easily reach main tourist sites on foot. The room was comfortable and nicely decorated. Air-conditioning functioned well. We really enjoyed good buffet breakfast on the roof terrace. Grazie mille!

Decent location.

Bathroom was nice and big, great shower. Rest of room was old and poor quality. Lobby and halls all need a remodel.
