Most of all I liked personnel in this hotel. And the location is very comfortable, close to subway, bus stop and just few minutes walk from Vatican. In my opinion it would be better to change beddings, they are too soft. |

The location was excellent, within comfortable walking distance of all central attractions. Our window opened to an inner yard, and the room was very quiet. The staff very very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was served in the small hotel lobby, but we found this quite cozy. Ei valittamista, olimme erittäin tyytyväisiä! |

The location, old style elevator, very kindness and helpful staffs. horrible flower smell spray around the room and corridor, have to open window to blow them out all day, can not smoke in the room or even toilet. |

This hotel truly had the flavour of Rome. Not like a large chain hotel. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay simply enchanting!! They were personable and truly cared about each and every person staying there. When you walked into the hotel lobby you were greeted immediately with smiles, a handshake and an offer of espresso or cappuccino. This Hotel Is Truly a Hidden Treasure in Rome! No. Nothing. It was European in every way. And had endless allure and bid you welcome from the moment you arrived! If you needed anything, Sam, Junior, Alexander, 'l' or Veta were a phone call away! They made you truly feel like familigia!! I'd stay there again... Without question! Loved The Les' Chambres d'Or!! |

Hotel staff service, they are very friendly and nice. They provided us a good and beautiful room. The reception space and ABF room is too small for many guests. |

Staffs were very friendly and helpful. Access to the hotel rooms were difficult with a pram. The lift was very small. the reception and the rooms were in different buildings. The breakfast was not good at all. Even if they say breakfast is available until 12, by 10 O clock every thing gets over |

The staff were extremely friendly. The location is excellent, close to the Vatican and close to Metro A. The rooms are in a separate building, so it's like having your own private apartment. The rooms are very stylishly decorated and very clean. The room was quiet, with sound-proof windows. The area is very safe and attractive. The room was a little bit cramped, especially bathroom. The reception was closed overnight, so there's no one to call if you get locked out, for example (this almost happened). We had no hot water on first day because apparently someone had left a hot tap on - ie, water supply is limited (tank) and not heated by gas as you use it. They always ran out of the nice pastries at breakfast too quickly. |

Very friendly and helpful staff, very good breakfast, best capuccino in the word (extra cream and mild), very good location: close to Vatikan, close to metro station: good starting point. bathroom area was too small (no place to have self) and should be renewed, room was street viewed and it was enough noisy at night time and early morning time - but you are in Italy were everybody likes to shout :). The positive experiences were stronger indicator than the micro"negatives. |
