Shuttle service (fee required) available only for the cruise's guests to and from the Civitavecchia harbour. Reservation for this service is needed.

Shuttle free bus to/from Fiumcino airport is available from
08.00am to 14.00 every day (not on Sunday). Please reserve in advance.

Minivan service from/to Rome Ciampino Airport is available on request and at an additional cost.

Please note that hotel doesn't accept students groups.

The staff were very friendly and helpful and none of them had experience of staffing the bar

No but it would be a great if they did evening meals as the local restaurants are not very good

Amazing breakfast! Very good value for your money and it is directly accross the street from the Vatican Museum, no waiting in line here! It was reasonably close to a metro station and the front desk staff were really awesome at recommending places to eat for dinner.

The staff at the reception were outstanding. They provided excellent customer support.

Room cleaning service did not provide complete set of toilettories during the last room cleaning round before check-out. This seem to be common with may hotels around the world.

Friendly service by all member of staff. Very clean environment and excellent breakfast. Had enough help from staff to find places. Value for money. Its located in a very prominent location infront of the Vatican musium.

Room tempreature little bit low. Unable to adjust with the controller panel. During the stay room was bit cold.

The Staff at this Hotel were excellent and made us feel welcome as soon as we arrived. The room was spacious and very clean with a wonderfull bathroom. The breakfast was excellent with many choices and well presented. Location was great just opposite the Sistine Chapel with Taxis just outside the front door. I would mark this hotel 10 out of 10.

The staff was very helpful and the motel was very convenient for visiting the Vatican and surrounding areas.

It was a very nice motel, but fairly pricey.
