Food & beverage

Enjoy a visit to the Arts Grill, which serves modern bistro food in stylish, contemporary surroundings. The Arts Menu changes seasonally and offers a range of tasty steaks and meals. The comprehensive wine list offers a selection of wines from all over the world to complement your meal. A children’s menu is also available.

The Lounge Menu offers a selection of pastries, snacks and light dishes, from spicy nachos to warm goat’s cheese salad.

Alternatively relax and enjoy Caffee Java, which serves a range of coffees, teas, pastries and light meals.

At the end of a hard day’s work or a long day spent exploring this magnificent city, unwind and enjoy a drink in the friendly surroundings of the bar. In summer, you can soak up the sun on the Arts Bar’s terrace, which is opposite Kensington Gardens

Basin in room did not drain - nor was it cleaned as a result! 3 fire alarms in 1 day - no information from hotel staff as to why.

comfortable in a central location

breakfast was a little disorganised with staff struggling to keep everything supplied at busy times and table angles that made moving to and from the buffet difficult

The Breakfast

On road side and in London with 24 hour traffic it was difficult to sleep through the night.

hotel staff, a quality hotel just has small single rooms and if you arrive about 6pm execpt to get a smoking room only

this is a 4 star hotel so you expect high stardards so only having smoking rooms when you check in, was not good nor was having having to move rooms because thay lacked space and to then get a room where the TV didn't work made for a poor stay. However i have stayed in a Ramada many times before and it was better then this. My suggestion to them get rid of the smoking rooms.

The staff were friendly and helpful

The hotel room was very shabby, wallpaper peeling off and when we arrived there was work being done on the pipes on our floor.

very dated,needs decorating.the room is normally over £160 pound i paid £59 thats all it was worth.the heat control on the bath came off in my hand very hard to get hot water
