The staff at the hotel were very friendly & helpful. The room was comfortable. The location was ideal, perfectly placed for getting out & about.

Location

Bed, bed linen was just normal wool blanket with top and bottom bed sheet. There is construction near by and the windows was with poor insulation, although my second room had double insulated windows which was great. Another thing is there is no AC in the rooms or not working at least which force me to open the windows and enjoys external noises.

Poor intimacy because almost no noise isolation between rooms.

location is good.

So noisy outside in the morning. Internet access not working at all for whole stay of 5 days. Breakfast room not good at all, and never used.

location was excellent, rooms were gorgeous and staff were lovely

lift was small donot go near if claustrophobic lights in the hallway were too dim to keep with decor of the hotel but not practical when trying to get into your room

Great experience! Everything is excellent: the location, the room, the staff. We were a bit wary about some reviews mentioning the noise from the nightclub but we didn't hear anything at all. The elevator is a little small, but it's actually quite cool!

Nothing. It's an excellent hotel and I will definitely stay there again. Great value too - considering the prices of other hotels in Paris.
